Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator

Temporary (2-4 months) Rate: £14.25 per hour Overview We are seeking an organised and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery of training initiatives across our clients business. This is a 6-month temporary role focused on coordinating and booking training courses, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both employees and training providers.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end training bookings, from enquiry through to confirmation and finance processing Coordinate internal and external courses, including scheduling and provider liaison Send joining instructions and manage delegate communications Monitor the L&D inbox and respond to queries Maintain accurate training records and track completion data Support purchase orders, invoices, and cost tracking Manage training schedules, attendance, and changes Contribute to reporting on training activity and compliance Support creation of communications and best practice materials Identify and suggest improvements in line with a digital-first approach Key Skills & Experience Previous experience in an L&D, HR or training coordination or administration role Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail Experience working with LMS platforms or HR systems (desirable) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Excel and Teams) Personal Attributes Highly organised and methodical Collaborative and team-oriented Proactive with a problem-solving mindset Able to work independently in a hybrid environment If you are interested in this role, please apply with your up-to-date CV or contact Rachel at Reed Ipswich for more information
