Vehicle Damage Assessor

We are currently recruiting for the role of Vehicle Damage Assessor on behalf of our client, a well-established independent bodyshop located in Basingstoke. Duties of a Vehicle Damage Assessor:

Assessing vehicle damage accurately to determine repair needs
Planning work schedules and ordering parts to ensure timely completion of repairs
Estimating repair costs using industry-standard systems (including Audatex)
Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of repair processes and estimations
Providing high-quality customer service to foster customer loyalty and referrals
Ensuring high standards of workplace organisation and administration
Collaborating with colleagues to deliver efficient repair services as a Vehicle Damage Assessor Requirements of a Vehicle Damage Assessor :

Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a bodyshop environment
ATA qualification or equivalent would be advantageous
ATA current or expired accreditation is acceptable

Experience with Audatex estimation system is essential
Exceptional attention to detail and quality awareness
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Customer-focused attitude
