Our client, a well-regarded independent bodyshop in Basingstoke, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their professional team. Duties:

- Accurately assess and estimate vehicle damage, preparing repair plans
- Plan work and coordinate parts to ensure timely vehicle turnaround
- Replace or repair damaged vehicle areas to high standards
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of relevant products and repair techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and generate referrals
- Uphold high standards of housekeeping and administration

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor- ATA accreditation is highly desirable;
Audatex experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and work to deadlines- A professional approach and team-minded attitude
