Business Development Manager - Drive Growth in a Service Led Industry

Are you a proven Business Development professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in service led industries (rather than product sales) to help drive our client's next phase of growth. The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the client base through a mix of warm and cold leads, strategic networking and industry presence.

You will:
  • Proactively generate new business from both warm and cold leads
  • Attend and represent the business at exhibitions and industry events
  • Build and nurture long term client relationships
  • Identify opportunities within a service driven offering
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the business
What We Are Looking For :
  • Proven experience in a service led sales environment (essential)
  • Strong background in business development or consultative sales
  • Confident in prospecting, lead generation and closing
  • Comfortable attending exhibitions and networking events
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and results-driven
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially astute with a strategic mindset
