Bank Nursery Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly team on a bank staff basis
. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work around your schedule while supporting our nursery when extra staff cover is needed.

• Deliver high-quality care and learning opportunities to children aged 0–5 years.
• Work as part of the team to ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
• Plan and support engaging activities that meet individual children’s needs.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate observations, assessments, and records as required.
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are always followed.

• Must hold a minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification
  .
• Knowledge of the EYFS and experience working in an early years setting.
• Warm, caring, and committed to supporting every child’s development.
• Flexible and reliable, with the ability to adapt to different age groups and routines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Part‑time, Temporary

Pay: £13.50‑£15.50 per hour
