Construction Manager 60000 - 65000 Faraday Office Park Basingstoke

We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our team covering several projects across the A3, M3 and M27 corridors.

You will lead and develop multiple projects within your portfolio, including power cable circuit installations, diversions, new build primary substation construction (up to 132kV), and upgrades of existing substations.

• Manage a portfolio of projects to ensure successful completion in line with safety, technical, and legislative policies and procedures.
• Undertake site visits and attend kick-off meetings, monitoring progress and providing regular updates.
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers to meet key program dates.
• Administer NEC3 contract including Early Warning Notifications (EWNs) and compensation events (NCEs), ensuring they are appropriately escalated, actioned and monitored.

• Extensive experience in industries such as Power, Water, Gas, Highways, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to analyse problems and offer effective solutions.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and ability to ensure works are delivered in line with contractual requirements, quality standards, and programme expectations.
• Confidence with IT systems and ability to manage project information accurately and efficiently.

A full UK driving licence is required.
