Our client is a renowned and well-regarded quality house builder. Operating nationally and with a first class reputation across the sector, we are looking to appoint a first-class Senior Quantity Surveyor to join what is a long standing and high performing Commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Place contracts for all relevant subcontractor work on their developments

* Prepare subcontract enquiries, send out for pricing and ensure that contracts are placed in line with the build programme

* Produce a detailed trade specific scope of works and qualification notes for all enquiry documentation

* Analyse subcontractor quotes and form a recommendation on who to appoint

* Ensure standard terms and conditions are agreed with all orders/contracts placed
