Overview
A reputable maintenance / build contractor based in Southern England has secured long term social housing maintenance projects (values £3 million to £10 million) in North Hampshire and Berkshire.
To support winning planned and reactive maintenance projects in Hampshire and Berkshire, the client is seeking a Graduate/Trainee QS to work alongside their established commercial team.
Ideally you will be a Graduate / Trainee / Junior QS looking to progress your career or indeed your first step into the construction arena.
In return you will be joining a forward thinking medium size contractor who offers excellent training, support and advancement within their group.
Candidates must have a current driving licence and be a UK resident.
Responsibilities- Work alongside the commercial team on ongoing social housing maintenance projects.
- Graduate / Trainee / Junior Quantity Surveyor (or seeking progression in the construction sector).
- Must have a current driving licence and be a UK resident.
