Wates Residential in the South region is seeking an Estimator to join our pre-construction team. You will help secure future projects by developing robust cost plans and shaping commercial strategy from the earliest development stages.
As an Estimator you will review tender documents, produce accurate cost estimates across RIBA stages, assess design information, manage subcontractor pricing, and support tender submissions while contributing to value engineering and risk assessment.
