60 is looking to recruit a Project Site Supervisor to support one of our leading clients across Hampshire.

Role: Project Site Supervisor

Pay rate: £300 per day Umbrella/CIS

Contract type: 3 Months contract (Possibilities of extension)

Location: Hampshire, SP11

Driving: Full UK Driving Licence essential.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Site Supervisor to oversee a range of construction and refurbishment projects across Hampshire. Project values typically range from £50,000 to £600,000 and include office refurbishments, roofing works, and water hygiene-related projects. You will be responsible for supervising subcontractors, maintaining high health and safety standards, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

• Supervising day-to-day site activities and subcontractors.
• Coordinating labour, materials, plant, and equipment on site.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring work meets quality standards and deadlines.
• Carrying out regular site inspections and maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Completing weekly and monthly site audits.
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Reporting any issues, delays, or safety concerns to the Senior Project Manager.
• Supporting the successful delivery of projects while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Travelling to sites across Hampshire and, when required, covering projects in Kent and Sussex.

• Previous experience supervising construction, refurbishment, or maintenance projects.
• Valid SMSTS certificate.
• Black, White, or Gold CSCS Supervisor Card.
• 3-Day First Aid at Work certificate.
• Temporary Works Coordinator qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and work across multiple sites.
• EUSR Blue Card (National Water Hygiene) is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided after offer.
