A well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a busy and expanding portfolio of work across the M3 Corridor, covering Southampton, Winchester, Basingstoke, and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor seeking strong earning potential, a varied workload, and long-term career progression.
This position is focused purely on surveying duties, offering a diverse range of projects across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, and public sector properties.

- Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in line with HSG
264 - Conducting bulk sampling across a variety of commercial and public sector properties
- Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey reports
- Surveying commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and public sector sites throughout the M3 Corridor
- Managing workload independently with support from an established operations team
- Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance
- BOHS P402 (essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
- Strong understanding of HSG
264 and asbestos legislation - Experience working within a UKAS-accredited consultancy preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional, organised, and reliable
- Excellent salary package with earnings up to £45,000
