Wates Residential is seeking an Estimator to join our South region pre-construction team. You will develop competitive tenders, cost plans and contribute to commercial strategy from early development stages.
You'll work with pre-construction, commercial and work winning colleagues to analyse tender documents, produce robust estimates across RIBA stages and support risk, value engineering and supplier pricing discussions.
