South East We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager with experience of running large construction projects focusing on different areas but predominantly looking at education or healthcare.

The role is in a new office with a main contractor who have grown organically and doubled in size since 2007 and are now looking at expanding their operation in the south  and growing their market presence.

You should have experience of working on new build projects with either hospital or education projects up to 50M in size and dealing with the project from start to finish and running all aspects of the projects working closely with a quantity surveyor to ensure the project is run to budget and on time.

This is an exciting opportunity within a new office for a growing company so there is fantastic scope to develop and progress your career as there will be new opportunities for you to be promoted into in the future.

Requirements:

Experience of working as a project manager within a main contractor

Proven track record of delivering healthcare or educational projects on time Stable background within a main contractor
