You'll manage fast-paced work, maximise efficiency, control costs, and champion safety every day. What

will I be doing?
  • Keep the team focused on safety and environmental standards, making sure all work meets H&S rules and NRSWA specs
  • Spot any issues early and escape them promptly to keep everything on track
  • Working on Gas pipelines
  • Lead and inspire your team with quality training and mentoring, helping them grow and succeed
  • Encourage fresh ideas and continuous improvement to keep us moving forward
  • Stay ahead of schedules to reduce disruptions and avoid mistakes before they happen
What do I need to succeed?
  • You've got solid experience managing sites in gas or utilities, with a strong track record of leading teams and understanding commercial priorities
  • You hold essential qualifications like NRSWA Supervisor and SSSTS/SMSTS, with civil engineering and first aid certifications being a big plus
  • A full, valid driver's licence is a must, along with deep knowledge of gas industry standards and health & safety best practices
