ABOUT

THE ROLE .

We are on the lookout for an amazing Client Services Executive to join our busy team in Basingstoke. The role is varied and would suit someone with existing client facing or customer services experience from the print or branded merchandise industry. The CSE is responsible for organising the production and delivery of various creative, print and branding campaigns. The job will involve guiding our clients through the entire production process, liaising between them and our supply chain on artwork approval, production, and delivery.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact throughout the production process, and we are looking for someone who is fully customer centric, who cares about delivering a fantastic client experience. Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate they can work well under pressure, being able to prioritise many tasks effectively. A keen eye for detail is a must, and you should feel comfortable talking to people at all levels within an organisation.

Creative, Print or Branded Merchandise experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities.

* Project Management of Creative, Print and Branded Merchandise Campaigns

* Creating Purchase Orders, Order Confirmations and Invoices

* Updating and maintaining the CRM with up-to-date project notes

* Following internal processes

* Communicating with clients and suppliers through phone and email

* Prioritisation of tasks

* Cross selling and up selling

* Asking for feedback on completed jobs

* Reporting to the CS Lead

Candidate Requirements.

Communication:
Essential for conveying the production process, understanding customer requirements, and building rapport.

Active Listening:
Understanding customer needs, concerns, and preferences to tailor their approach.

Product Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of the products or services being sold.

Time Management:
Managing time effectively to maximise productivity.

Require resilience and perseverance to overcome setbacks and focus on long-term goals.

Problem-Solving:
The ability to identify production pain points, address objections, and propose solutions.

Relationship Building:
Cultivating strong relationships fosters trust, loyalty, and repeat business.

Adaptability:
Adaptable to changing situations to adjusting their approach and strategies accordingly.

SALARY: £25,000-£28,000 basic salary, depending on experience
