We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our AA Signs team.
This is the jobIn this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for email-based customer enquiries (with some phone calls) relating to event signage and housing development signs. You’ll manage your own region – primarily Scotland and the North of England – ensuring queries are handled efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries via email (and occasional phone calls).
- Load enquiries onto our internal system and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with internal teams and local authorities to share quotes and progress orders.
- Provide excellent B2B customer service (97% of customers are businesses).
- Take ownership of your region while supporting other colleagues.
- Proactively move enquiries forward to ensure timely resolution.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach with the drive to keep things moving.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to learn and master a complex role (training provided).
- Flexibility to support other regions when needed.
- Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable.
