Position: Logistics Customer Service Admin (4-on/4-off)
A leading logistics company is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Basingstoke. This role, working on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern from 7am to 7pm, involves answering calls and emails, logging queries, and managing relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer facing role, be confident on the phone, and possess strong analytical skills.

This position offers £12.70 per hour and a temp to permanent opportunity.
