Once For All is seeking an early career Customer Success Executive to delight and retain our customers within a fast-growing cloud-based SaaS platform. This 12-month FTC role targets churn reduction and product adoption with full training provided.
You will own a segment of customers, run product demos, handle inquiries, and use Churn Zero to drive engagement. A strong communicator with a customer-first mindset is essential.
