Once For All is seeking an early-career Customer Success Executive in Basingstoke to delight and retain customers while supporting churn and product adoption goals. This 12-month FTC (Mat cover role) offers the chance to build foundations in customer success within a fast-growing cloud-based SaaS environment.
You will manage relationships, run demos and training, and work with Churn Zero to identify at-risk customers, aiming to maximise retention and product adoption.
