Once For All Limited is seeking an early-career Customer Success Executive to join our growing UK team. You will manage a segment of customers, aim to maximise retention, and reduce churn, using our platform and training to support clients.
This is a 12-month FTC (Mat cover role). You will conduct product demos, respond to inquiries, and act as the voice of the customer to inform product management.
