Castle Trust Bank is seeking a Savings Administrator to join our Savings Operations team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Based in Basingstoke, the role is office-based, five days a week, and focuses on accurate administration and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will handle account opening, ISA processing, maturities, transfers and customer queries, ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive experience for savers.
