Resident Service Assistant

We're looking for a friendly, proactive and customer focused Resident Services Assistant to join a busy Build to Rent community. You'll be a key point of contact for residents and visitors, helping to deliver an exceptional resident experience and create a welcoming community. The role is varied and will include supporting residents, organising events, conducting viewings, handling enquiries, coordinating maintenance, contractors and helping to keep the development running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who is warm, organised and confident, with a strong customer service background and a genuine passion for working with people. Previous experience in property or residential lettings is helpful, but a great attitude and excellent customer service skills are just as important.

The role:

Full-time, 40 hours per week 5 days over 7 on a rota basis Approximately 2 weekends per month (Saturday or Sunday) Day off in lieu for weekend working £32,000  bonus  company benefits
