Senior Design Manager Immediate Start

Salary: £75k-85k + package

We're looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead the design delivery of large-scale distribution centre projects (£24m-£100m). This is your chance to take full ownership of multi-disciplinary designs, coordinate with consultants, and drive projects from concept through to completion.

• Lead and manage the design team across architecture, MEP, civil & structural.
• Ensure designs are delivered on time, within budget, and fully coordinated.
• Interface with project delivery teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Resolve design issues early, keeping projects on track.
• Monitor quality, risk, and compliance across all design outputs.

• Proven experience on large-scale distribution or logistics projects.
• Strong multi-disciplinary design knowledge (BIM/AutoCAD/Revit advantageous).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident making design decisions that balance quality, cost, and programme.
