Technical Designer
Pertemps is currently recruiting for a Technical Designer to join a leading distribution company based on the outskirts of Basingstoke. This is a full‑time permanent position.
Responsibilities- Produce accurate 2D CAD drawings for wet room layouts
- Create clear and professional drawing packages for customer approval
- Utilise AutoCAD and Autodesk Design Review
- Prepare project‑specific technical submission
- Act as technical point of contact for customers and contractors
- Attend and contribute to project meetings
- Assist with project estimating during quieter periods
- Proficiency in 2D CAD software
- Experience using Autodesk Design Review
- Strong understanding of bathroom construction
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specification
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Starting salary £28,000–£30,000
- Commission scheme up to 5%
- 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
