WSP's Heathrow-based team is seeking an experienced design manager to lead Building Services design across complex aviation programs, coordinating MEP, structural and architectural disciplines to deliver coordinated, compliant design solutions.
You will mentor engineers, manage design programmes, support tender bids, ensure design governance and client satisfaction, and work with BIM and sustainability specialists to drive performance and innovation.
