A school offering a rich, aspirational curriculum designed to stretch and support pupils of all abilities is seeking a value-sharing, dedicated Cover Supervisor to help aid pupils learning!
This is a great opportunity for educator’s who want to gain valuable experience in a classroom setting or are considering a future in teaching!
The RoleYou will be responsible for supervising classes of students aged 11-16 years old during teacher absences, ensuring learning continues productively. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, and maintain a focused and effective learning environment. This role may also require providing additional support to students with special educational needs.
The Ideal Candidate- Experience working with secondary aged students
- Confident and adaptable in a classroom setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students
- Genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people
- Ability to be flexible in the subjects you will be delivering!
