Prospero Teaching are working with an Alternative Provision in Basingstoke, with some really exciting plans for the future.

The School are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants who have a passion to help change vulnerable student's lives.

This is a highly rewarding role. The School are looking for individuals that are supportive, non-judgemental, patient, easy to talk to, positive and flexible. You must be able to speak to pupils in a manner which encourages and supports them, enabling you to build trusting relationships.

Additionally, the school are looking for people who are ambitious and looking for an employer to grow with them.

Previous experience of working with young people is desirable, experience working with students with Behavioural Needs would be an advantage.

School hours are 8.30am to 15.30pm

• Minimum rate of pay - £14.66 per hour

Eligibility:

• C grade or higher in English and Maths at GCSE
• Calm and nurturing approach
• Personable
• Reliable and hard working
