Cover Supervisor

Do you have experience working with young people - or the confidence to step into a classroom and take on a new challenge?

We're supporting several well-regarded secondary schools across Basingstoke, Andover, Hook, Fleet and Alton and are looking for calm, confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support students when teachers are absent.

No experience? No problem.

We provide training, guidance and experience days so you feel confident before you start.

• Delivering pre-set work and keeping lessons on track
• Managing behaviour calmly and consistently
• Supporting students across different year groups and subjects
• Building positive relationships within school teams

Over time, you’ll become a trusted, go-to member of staff in local schools.

We welcome people from backgrounds such as:

• Sports coaches
• Youth or support workers
• Graduates and aspiring teachers
• Performers (music, drama, acting)
• Anyone confident, adaptable and ready for a new challenge

• Flexible work (part-time or full-time)
• Local, supportive schools
• Weekly PAYE pay from £120 per day
• Free CPD (behaviour management, SEN awareness, safeguarding)
