SEND Classroom Support – Basingstoke
Location:
Basingstoke
Salary: £93 per day
Hours:
8:30am – 3:00pm
Start:
May 2026
A welcoming SEND school in Basingstoke is looking for a Classroom Support Assistant to work across a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties.
The school offers a supportive team environment and strong leadership, making it a great place to build SEND experience.
Responsibilities- Supporting learning in the classroom
- Assisting with differentiated activities
- Providing targeted 1:1 support
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Some experience with SEND (school or transferable)
- Positive and proactive attitude
- DBS on the Update Service
- Up-to-date safeguarding training
