Are you an enthusiastic and qualified Year 1 Teacher ready for a rewarding new opportunity this September? A welcoming and ambitious primary school in Basingstoke is seeking a committed Year 1 Teacher to join their supportive team on a permanent basis.

The successful Year 1 Teacher will support pupils through an important stage of their early education while helping them build confidence and independence within Key Stage 1.

In this role, the Year 1 Teacher will deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning. You will work closely with a collaborative staff team dedicated to maintaining high standards and ensuring every pupil reaches their full potential.

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school

The ideal Year 1 Teacher will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have recent experience teaching within Key Stage
1. Strong classroom management skills, creativity, and enthusiasm for supporting young learners are all essential for this Year 1 Teacher opportunity.
