You will support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, many of whom have experienced adverse childhood experiences and require consistent, nurturing support to help them thrive both emotionally and academically.
The Role Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEMH needs Help pupils develop emotional regulation, resilience, and positive coping strategies Support students during lessons and therapeutic interventions Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to create a safe, supportive learning environment Build positive relationships with vulnerable young people and act as a trusted adult role model Ideal for Graduates Interested In:
