Youth Careers Advisor — Impartial Guidance & Pathways

Guardian Jobs is seeking a Careers Adviser to support students in making informed decisions about their futures. This role involves delivering high-quality, impartial careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) primarily in schools and education colleges across Basingstoke.

You will work collaboratively to help improve participation, reduce NEET rates, and assist young people in understanding their education, training, or employment options.
