This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people who require a highly personalised and therapeutic approach to learning, helping them to re-engage with education and build confidence for the future.
About the Provision
This is a specialist academy catering for children and young people aged 4–16 with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, autism spectrum conditions, and associated learning difficulties.
The setting offers:
A nurturing, trauma-informed environment where student wellbeing is central to all practice
Small class sizes, allowing for highly personalised and relationship-based teaching

You will be responsible for:
Planning and delivering adapted, engaging lessons across core subjects (primarily English and Maths)
Building positive, trusting relationships with students who may have experienced barriers to education
