The successful SEN TA will work closely with class teachers and the wider support team to ensure pupils receive tailored assistance that enables them to access learning, build confidence, and make meaningful progress.

As a SEN TA
, you will provide targeted support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, working both one-to-one and in small groups. You will help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported, valued, and encouraged to achieve their best.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs
• Support teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
• Adapt learning materials to meet individual pupil requirements
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development

The ideal SEN TA will have:
