Academics is working with a specialist SEN school in Basingstoke to recruit a Student Support Worker. You will support pupils in and out of the classroom, helping them build confidence, independence and positive relationships while promoting engagement with learning.
You’ll work closely with teaching staff to provide consistent support and help create a safe, calm and structured learning environment. Experience with children or young people in SEN, education, care or youth work is valued;
