Teaching Personnel in Basingstoke is seeking a dedicated Primary Behaviour Support Assistant to help pupils thrive emotionally and academically. The role is a temp-to-perm, full-time position starting September or October 2026, with a daily rate of £95.
You will work with class teachers and the SENCO to provide 1:1 and small group support, implement behaviour plans, and foster an inclusive, positive learning environment for pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.
