£14.25 per hour | Long-Term Opportunity | New Academic Year

A specialist SEND school in Basingstoke is seeking a dedicated Behaviour & Inclusion Support Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional learning and behavioural needs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building positive relationships and helping students overcome challenges to achieve success.
Responsibilities- Supporting pupils within the classroom and around the school
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
- Helping students regulate emotions and build confidence
- Working alongside teachers and support staff
- Supporting individual learning and wellbeing plans
- Resilient, empathetic and adaptable
- Experience in education, care, youth work or support work is advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about supporting young people
- £14.25 per hour
- Monday to Friday Term time only
- Long-term role throughout the academic year
