Chiltern Way Academy Trust is a highly successful Specialist Multi Academy Trust with multiple campuses. The Academy Safeguarding, Welfare and Attendance Manager (SWAM) is a key pastoral leader responsible for promoting safety, wellbeing, attendance and engagement of all students, acting as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
The post will be primarily based in the Hampshire area with travel to other Trust locations.
