Design Coordinator – Facades

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for Design Coordinator for various sites - North/South London, Southampton, Portsmouth and Basingstoke.

This role is starting immediately for permanent work.

Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Creation, monitoring, and revision of assigned drawings.

✔ Respond to technical queries and make recommendations to fix problems.

✔ Assist D&Q Manager with Training and advising site management and subcontractors as required.

✔ Ensure updated information for subcontractor database is passed to procurement and ordering.

Key Requirements
- ✔ Engineering or architect related studies or equivalent experience.

✔ CSCS Card basic level

✔ Facades experience, EWI, Cladding, rain screen experience is essential.

✔ General IT :
Competent user MS Excel, MS Word, Project Probe, Microsoft Outlook email and calendars.

✔ Expert Auto CAD user (3D AutoCAD/Sketch Up/Revit optional) If you're interested please get in touch
