Basingstoke Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking for a better work–life balance ? No nights. No weekends. No rotating shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business in Basingstoke that genuinely values its engineering team. With a stable Monday to Friday days-only shift , this role is ideal for engineers who want consistency, routine, and time back outside of work — without sacrificing technical challenge or career progression.
You'll be responsible for a mix of planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns, alongside supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects across the site.
What We're Looking For:
Experience carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance Mechanical or electrical engineering background
