Senior Electrical Engineer

We're looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to join our Kier Mechanical & Electrical team based in the South.

Basingstoke/Aldershot

Hours:

Full‑time – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

• Ensure all works are procured, planned and carried out safely in accordance with Kier standards and UK law.
• Review designs with design teams and clients to ensure they are optimised for efficient and safe construction.
• Manage robust change control procedures and implement quality control measures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members within your area of responsibility.
• Contribute to the identification of project risks and opportunities, supporting mitigation and enhancement.

• Technically astute in Electrical Services and safety, holding a relevant industry accredited qualification.
• Hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation at a minimum.
• Have experience working collaboratively within project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Understand budgets, commercial priorities and make sound decisions based on clear criteria.
