Aftersales Engineer (Packaging Machinery) £38,000 - £45,000  Company Bonus  On call (telephone only)  Company Van  Enhanced Pension Contribution  TOIL  Company Benefits York Are you an Aftersales Engineer or similar from a Mechanical / Electrical background looking for a primarily office based role with some travel where you will be supporting the Service team within a global leading packaging machinery manufacturer who offer specialist industry training, ongoing progression and a bonus to increase your earnings?

This well-established company are the UK subsidiary of a multi-billion turnover company who provide a range of manufacturing machinery for a varied client base across a number of key sectors ranging from F&B to Ecommerce and automotive. They have seen continual growth since their establishment and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to further grow their team. This varied role will see you work primarily in office as you provide support for the Service team across the UK.

Further to this you will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries and assisting them with any technical issues as well as occasionally travelling to site across the UK to provide support face-to-face. This varied role would suit a Service / Maintenance / Aftersales Engineer from a Mechanical / Electrical background or similar background looking for a dynamic role within a company offering training on cutting edge software and ongoing development.

The Role:

Provide support for the Service / Engineering team Deal with customer enquiries and support with any issues Work primarily in office but also undertake some travel to sites across the UK Training on specialist machinery and software provided On call rota (phone based) and bonus to increase earnings
