Mandatory UK Citizenship, Travel on need basis to close by sites

Profile Essential skills/experience

Expertise on Windows 10/11 administration
Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issue
Knowledge of PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices)
Hands on Experience on MS Office upgrades / deployment
Working knowledge on Dell laptops/Desktops hardware issue
Troubleshooting Office issue
Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN related issue
Experience on Windows Imaging process using deployment metho
Experience in Data Migration tools and O365 One drive
Knowledge on One drive
Basic knowledge of Network and Server Administration

Good to have

SCCM Knowledge
Experience on Office 2016 upgrades / Deployment
Microsoft Windows 10/11 Certificate
Verbal and written proficiency in Native + English language

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience
