M&E Asset Surveyor ​/ Building Services Engineer

TSA Surveying have recently been instructed to recruit severalM&E asset surveyors to commence a large European survey programme comprising of several commercial sites. The survey programme is due to start imminently and will run for an estimated 5 weeks, comprised of various sites in France. We are looking to build a team of around 6-8 M&E qualified individuals in total. We are looking for qualified M&E Asset Surveyors, or an individual witha prior background within MEP services, either for an FM provider, consultancy, or direct for a building owner, to carry out a room-by-room condition survey, including verification and lifecycle.

All data will be collected on a tablet device utilising asset capture software. Candidates must hold a valid passport and be willing to drive throughout Europe. The role is outside of IR35. If you would be interested, please apply ASAP, as we are currently constructing a shortlist for this role.
