Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven Sub Agent to join our team on the Southern Renewals Enterprise (SRE), one of Network Rail's largest and most significant long-term frameworks.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven Sub Agent to join our team on the Southern Renewals Enterprise (SRE), one of Network Rail's largest and most significant long-term frameworks.

Working within our Earthworks Portfolio and based from our Basingstoke office, you'll support the delivery of a diverse range of projects across the Wessex and Sussex routes.

As a Sub Agent, you will be exposed to a wide range of earthworks and infrastructure projects, working closely with experienced professionals to solve complex engineering challenges, manage multiple work streams and play a key role in safely delivering successful project outcomes.

About you

• Experience working on infrastructure projects, ideally within a Rail environment
• Proven technical and project management capabilities
• Strong organisational, planning and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of CDM Regulations and their practical application
• Experience producing Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets and implementing safe systems of work
• Detailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements within a project environment
