An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and highly skilled individual to join our EMEAI Aero Technical Support team in an Advanced Field Service Engineer
- Mechanical role where you will drive customer satisfaction and an effortless experience. You will investigate and resolve technical issues raised by customers from across the aviation industry, to include airlines, operators, MROs and aircraft OEMs. You will provide technical support to Honeywell Aerospace’s array of mechanical & electro-mechanical products remotely as a member of our Aerospace Technical Support global network.

This could be in the form of telephone, email, onsite visits, and HUB support as needed. You will also develop customer relationships to fully understand and support their technical support needs. You will drive organisational knowledge by capturing and sharing knowledge gained during the issue resolution process.
