Air Products is offering a three-year Career Development Programme for ambitious mechanical engineers with 0-2 years' experience. You will rotate through three 12-month assignments across Design & Maintenance, Plant Operations, and Production & Project Engineering.
Graduates between December 2025 and August 2026 with a strong academic record are encouraged to apply; internship/co-op experience is a plus and leadership involvement is valued.
