Our Career (rotational) Development Programme (CDP) is a three-year journey for ambitious mechanical engineers (0-2 years' experience). You'll rotate through three 12-month assignments, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as:
- Design and Maintenance
- Plant Operations and Manufacturing
- Production and Project Engineering
- Start-up & Commissioning
- Operations Excellence and Mechanical Integrity
B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering - Graduating between December 2025 and August 2026
- Strong academic record (e.g., 2:1 or above or local equivalent)
- Internship/co-op experience a plus
- Leadership and campus involvement
