Finance Systems Specialist – Oracle Net Suite Implementation

Hybrid | South East / Midlands Preferred | 12-Month FTC | Up to £50,000 + Benefits

This is an opportunity to join a business in the middle of a major finance transformation programme - helping move from fragmented, manual finance processes into a fully integrated Oracle Net Suite environment.

We’re looking for a Finance Systems Specialist to support the implementation and optimisation of a new Financial Management System across a fast-growing, multi-site healthcare organisation.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of a large-scale finance systems programme covering:

• Procure-to-Pay
• Order-to-Cash
• Workflow Approvals

You’ll work closely with Finance, IT, senior leadership, and implementation partners to improve data quality, streamline finance operations, and modernise how the business manages financial processes.

This role combines systems implementation, finance process improvement, data migration, and operational transformation.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the migration to Oracle Net Suite
• Assisting with system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Supporting UAT and workflow testing
• Leading finance data cleansing and migration activities
• Rationalising supplier, payment, and chart of account structures
• Supporting OCR and invoice automation processes
• Creating finance process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Supporting reporting, reconciliation, and validation activities
• Working closely with Finance teams on process redesign
• Supporting future finance transformation phases and FP&A initiatives

This role needs someone analytical, detail-driven, and experienced in finance systems transformation.

You’ll ideally understand both the technical and operational side of finance functions and enjoy improving processes and data quality.

• Experience supporting ERP/FMS implementations or migrations
• Exposure to Net Suite or similar ERP platforms
• Finance data migration and reconciliation experience
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets
• Experience working with Finance stakeholders and operational teams
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Unit4, Sage, or similar ERP platforms
• Exposure to FP&A implementations
• Multi-site business experience
• Knowledge of financial controls and governance
• ERP workflow and approval process design exposure
