CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a high‑growth, private equity‑backed organisation to recruit a Tax Manager into a well‑established group finance function. This role offers a broad, visible position within a dynamic and evolving business, with exposure to senior stakeholders and future progression.

• Preparation and review of UK corporation tax returns and oversight of outsourced compliance
• Supporting group tax reporting under IFRS / UK GAAP
• Involvement in a variety of tax projects, including transfer pricing, R&D and BEPS‑related work
• Supporting tax governance, risk and policy documentation
• Working with external advisers and internal stakeholders across the business
• Assisting with wider tax matters including employment taxes and VAT

• ACA / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience in practice or in‑house, ideally within a complex or fast‑paced environment
• Strong technical grounding in UK corporate tax
• Comfortable working across multiple work streams with competing priorities
• Confident communicator, able to build effective relationships across finance and the wider business

• Competitive salary of £75k–£85k, depending on experience, plus bonus and car allowance
